Picture 1: This is our dumpster supplier. Of all the companies he could have hired, Rick chose us for our professionalism and solid reputation. This roof is a true barrel roof, with one long arch from one side to the other. This was a difficult project due to the issues with being able to simply reach the roof areas to do our work. We did this job with a combination of a manlift hoist and a truckload of ladders.

Picture 2: Although this photo was taken after the leaky roof portion was completed, it shows the degree of surface preparation needed to properly install the GAF Topcoat roof restoration system to a metal roof. You MUST remove any material, dirt, oils, or other contaminants from the surface in order to achieve proper adhesion. This is usually accomplished successfully with a 3000-psi pressure wash.

Picture 3: The final metal seam treatments are complete, which is good. The weatherman is forecasting rain, and we are watertight.

Picture 4: We cut a nice straight line at the cut-off point. This provides aesthetic appeal as well as determining the starting point of our warranty.

Picture 6: After two coats (3 gallons per 100 square feet) the leaky roof is fixed. When Rick saw how well our system worked, he hired us to complete the sides of the building (picture 2) as well. His leakage issues are now eliminated.
