Illinois Residential Roof Installation / Replacement

Picture 1: The beauty of the scenario here was that the homeowner wanted a new roof deck because the existing plywood was too thin to effectively handle the snow loads in Northern Illinois. There was some rot, but even worse was the sagging prevalent between the 24" on center roof trusses. We are glad to do the re-decks on these tract homes because it provides a stronger deck to better protect the customer, and a well-protected customer is a happy customer.

Picture 2: The owner of this beautiful home in Homer Glen, Illinois was referred to us to do their roof. They chose GAF's Timberline 40 year asphalt architectural shingle system, and were highly satisfied with our work. Ice barrier was installed, like all of our shingle systems, at all gutter eaves, in the valleys, around the chimney, and around the skylights. An old-world style copper chimney flashing system was fabricated on-site and installed to slate roofing standards. Our copper flashings will likely outlast the roofing trouble-free.

Picture 3: This residential roof was installed in 2002. There have been no issues with this roof, as expected. We removed the existing roof and installed GAF's Timberline Ultra lifetime shingle roofing system, with GAF Weatherwatch ice barrier at all eaves, valleys, and at the chimney. This is actually the rectory at a local church we did in 1999. The church board was pleased enough to ask us to return and do the rectory.
