These pictures were taken at Jasmine's - a Trinity Services property located in Wilmington, IL. Previous repair attempts were made by previous roofers over a number of months, but nobody was able to repair it permanently watertight. They all applied roof cement to the problem area, which is a really short term repair. Going this route has cost the owners new ceilings a couple of times since the "cheapo" repairs never last very long.

We located the leaky areas of HVAC curb flashngs, and splits surrounding the unit. We installed a modified bitumen patch around the HVAC curb and flashed the electrical conduit with same. As of 5/26/06, our repair has proven itself trouble free for nearly two years, and expected to last longer than the roof itself.
